Health & inner states
The red thread of this map: these explorations only matter if they leave you clearer, better rested, more alive. Guardrails for practicing without losing yourself.
Why explore dreams, meditation or the edges of consciousness? This site’s wager: because knowing your inner states better makes you calmer, more curious and healthier — individually and collectively.
Foundations before the exotic
No advanced technique compensates for wrecked sleep, ignored anxiety or isolation. The foundations — sleeping, moving, breathing, connecting with others — are the prerequisites of any serious exploration, not its consolation prize.
Practicing without losing yourself
- Keep an anchor: a journal, regularity, returning to the body.
- Distrust any practice that isolates you, costs you dearly, or demands belief.
- Intense experiences (paralysis, OBE) are digested better informed and accompanied.
- With psychological fragility, some intensive practices are ill-advised: caution is part of the practice.
